Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma/PG Diploma in Sports Coaching from SAI, LNIPE Gwalior, Central Sports University or any UGC/Bihar recognized university.
Must have sports achievements such as representing India in Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games or representing state at national level.
Multiple participations in recognized university, youth, inter-services, police or railway championships also accepted.
