The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the admit card for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024. Candidates who have successfully cleared the written examination can now download their hall ticket to appear for the physical test scheduled from 20 August 2025 to 11 September 2025. This recruitment drive is one of the biggest government job opportunities in India, with a total of 53,690 vacancies across various paramilitary forces such as BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles, SSF, and NCB.

The PET/PST is scheduled from 20 August to 11 September 2025. Exact date for each candidate is printed on their admit card.
Go to the SSC website or the direct admit card/login page, sign in with your registration number and password (or DOB), click the admit card link and download the PDF. Links above include the SSC login and digialm pages for score / admit downloads.
Carry the admit card (original + copy), a valid photo ID, recent passport size photo, and any other documents specified in the admit card. Reach the centre well before reporting time.
General/OBC/SC males need 170 cm height (157 cm for females) with chest specifications as given. ST candidates have relaxed height/chest norms as listed earlier. Refer to the official notification for category-wise relaxations.
Cutoffs are decided based on number of vacancies, paper difficulty, and candidate performance. The expected ranges are provided above but official cutoffs will be published by SSC after processing results.
