Educational Qualification

Physical Standards for Havaldar Post

Candidates applying for the Havaldar post must meet the following physical requirements:

• Height: 157.5 cm for males, 152 cm for females

• Cycling: 8 km in 30 minutes for males, 3 km in 25 minutes for females
• Walking: 1600 meters in 15 minutes for males, 1 km in 20 minutes for females
• Weight (Females Only): Minimum 48 kg
